Troop Resources

Hingham Girl Scouts has a variety of resources available to local troops.  From meeting ideas to camping supplies to information on how to reserve the Girl Scout House this section is built to help new and seasoned troop leaders alike.

Service Unit

Our Hingham Service Unit is a team of dedicated volunteers working together to  promote Girl Scouts. Service Units also help to organize town-wide events and support all leaders throughout the year. 

New Leader Support

We are lucky to have our own New Leader Mentor in our Service Unit.  This individual is a local volunteer able to answer all the questions that come with starting a new troop!

Supplies

Troops have access to a variety of supplies for troop activities, which are kept at the Girl Scout House.  Check out our supplies page for more detail.

Town Events

Every year we host a series of events for girls to enjoy. Organized by parents and funded in part by town-wide membership dues, girls and parents look forward to joining in the fun.

Meeting Space

The HGSH is a great spot to meet.  If you're interested in booking the Girl Scout House for your troop meeting or a special event check out our reservations page for details on how to book it.  Other places to explore include: local schools, churches, community Center, Library
