Confirmation
A confirmation from the house coordinator will be sent. If you do not get a confirmation, your reservation may not have been received. Send an email directly to the House Coordinator to check.
Cost
House Basics
Read the Handbook (.pdf) to become familiar with the building.
Cleaning
Adults must leave enough time at the end of each meeting to have scouts complete the necessary tasks posted throughout the building including cleaning the bathroom, the kitchen, sweeping, vacuuming and washing floors. Scouts should leave the building cleaner than they found it. A checklist of things to do before leaving is posted on the bulletin board. Remember to take your trash and recyclables.
Cancellations
Free up the space for others as soon as possible. Send an email to House Coordinator. Refunds will be made for cancellations made 30 days in advance.
Fires
Use of the fireplace or an outdoor fire is allowed according to Girl Scout regulations (camp certified). The inside fireplace has 2 flues. Both must be opened for proper ventilation. The group must be sure all fires are out, ashes are removed, and the flues are closed. Girl Scout leaders must adhere to Girl Scout policies. Outdoor files require notice to the Fire Department.
Sleepovers
Girl Scout leaders must be lodge certified for overnight stays and adhere to Girl Scout policies.
Adult to Scout Ratio
All Girl Scout Troops are expected to meet the Safety Wise guidelines including the number of adults present and the ratio of girls-to-adults.

All groups are expected to report problems.

- $50 a day, up to 8 hours
- $100 for an overnight - up to 24 hours based on availability
- Payment is due at the time of reservation
