Troop Fundraising

Your troop might be saving up for something special.  Perhaps a trip or a service project.  In order to participate in extra fundraising, your troop must also participate in both Fall Product and Cookie sales.  Once they’ve sold products from both official fundraisers, they can choose to some of these ideas or think up their own:

• Council Organized Booth Sales (COBS) *This is a part of Cookie sales but it’s something extra that girls can participate in to earn even more money
  

• Bottle and Can Redemption at the Hingham Transfer Station
  
• Run a Service Unit Event such as the Halloween Party or Girls Choice Social.  Charge a small fee for a photobooth or hair/makeup station.
  
• Run badge workshops for younger girls.  If they’re held on a Friday or Saturday evening then parents can enjoy a night out while their children learn something new.
